Product Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer - Storm Sewer and Flood Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests through multiple channels and document interactions
• Investigate product defects, escalate issues, and manage a personal backlog of support requests
• Participate in product testing events and contribute to the knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3 years of experience in the water industry
• Proficiency or familiarity with InfoWorks ICM or XPSWMM
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Civil 3D experience is a plus
