Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Production Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and enhance distributed runtime systems for uptime and resilience
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-software integration issues in live environments
• Build tools for real-time system monitoring and automate deployment workflows

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in production engineering and large-scale distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of computer architecture and hardware-software interfaces
• Skilled in low-level systems programming (C/C++ or Rust) and scripting (Python, Bash, or Go)
• Strong background in automation, CI/CD, and scalable systems
• Experience debugging complex issues in kernel internals or hardware-aware code paths
