Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core Pharmacy Distribution initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for vendor collaboration, coordinating training materials and sessions for end users
• Manage program execution and ensure alignment with Pharmacy Distribution strategies across various business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area, or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of dispensing pharmacy operating systems
• 8 years of experience in specialty pharmacy, analytics, product development, or consultative roles within healthcare
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
