Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to deliver complex technical products and solutions
• Manage work breakdown, sequencing, task assignment, and scheduling for multiple work streams
• Coordinate cross-functionally to manage dependencies and oversee detail-level design deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in product and project management in the software/tech industry
• 2+ years of direct program management experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven success in delivering projects in the AdTech or Digital Marketing industry
• Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools
