A company is looking for a Program Manager, Patient Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute programs that support departmental objectives and ensure timely completion of project activities
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to align program activities with goals
• Track program progress and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with policies and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Three (3) years of experience in program coordination, administration, or comparable roles, OR one (1) year of program management experience
• Solid understanding of program management principles and practices
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
