Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a MODES III initiative supporting military community and family policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full lifecycle leadership across all MODES III activities, ensuring mission-critical delivery of services
- Oversee a multidisciplinary contractor team and manage execution of Agile development and IT sustainment
- Serve as primary liaison to the Government for programmatic, technical, and contractual matters
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance required
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification
- Experience overseeing a contract close to $200M USD and managing 75+ full-time employees
- A minimum of seven years of experience managing military community support programs
