Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Patient Engagement and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end customer implementation of Patient Engagement and Recruitment solutions
• Track and manage timelines across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building customer loyalty through exceptional service

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management experience in a CRO/biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical environment
• Data wrangling skills for analysis, formatting, and cleanup
• Proven track record of managing multiple workstreams or concurrent projects
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of healthcare and patient data, including clinical information systems
