Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Operations Coordinator to support a complex portfolio within the United States Postal Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple stakeholders and project schedule interdependencies within the program management office
  • Resolve complex project scheduling issues in collaboration with project stakeholders
  • Support project management and scheduling activities, including the development of strategies and deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in technical project management, project scheduling, or business consulting
  • Experience with large, complex projects in a consultancy role
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft products including Power Apps and Power BI
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and navigate complex organizations
  • Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance; US Citizen or Permanent Resident required
