Key Responsibilities
- Support detailed project planning and monitor progress for procurement tool implementations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and track project issues
- Create training and communication materials tailored to various user groups
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management, systems implementation, and/or change management experience
- Knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Zip, Ironclad, Coupa)
- Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and QRGs
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and documentation skills
- Remote work capability (must reside in the US)
