A company is looking for a Project & Program Management II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple, cross-functional and technical projects from initiation to delivery
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules and risk analysis
• Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 2 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including change and risk management
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and resolve conflicts effectively
• Experience with creating project documentation and using project management tools
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, IPMA, or similar
