Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Independent Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex, time-sensitive projects for campaigns and internal initiatives
• Assist in the print production and distribution process, ensuring timely approvals and tracking project details
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines and manage budgets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or design department
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Asana, Basecamp, or Smartsheets
• Experience in Microsoft Suite is required; Canva experience is a plus
• Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset
