Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to manage and drive an existing software project with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing delivery and backlog refinement of an active software project
• Collaborate with developers, QA, product, and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues and feature requests
• Facilitate Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and maintain documentation in Confluence while managing tasks in Jira

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or SCRUM Master in software development
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders
• Deep proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Technical understanding of development workflows and product development practices
• Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred
