Project Manager - AI Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - AI Acceleration & H2R Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution for the People Data Strategy track and broader H2R efforts
• Build and sustain operating cadences across tracks, including milestone reviews and executive status reporting
• Track and coordinate the delivery of AI agent implementations and data modernization milestones across the H2R lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in HR transformation or AI innovation
• Strong knowledge of Agile project management frameworks
• Background in HR tech, people analytics, or enterprise systems preferred
• Proficiency with PM tools and MS 365 environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, analytics, or a related field
