Job Summary

A company is looking for an ADP Lyric Project Manager - Phase 0.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-implementation design support for position management and talent
• Conduct data harmonization, mapping, and structural decisions
• Map and test current state business processes and manage integration and reporting inventory

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management within HCM systems
• Knowledge of data mapping and harmonization processes
• Familiarity with business process mapping and testing
• Ability to work part-time, 10-20 hours per week
• Availability to work in US-based time zones
