Key Responsibilities

• Investigate homeowner first party claims, determining coverage and damages
• Collaborate with fraud or subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance policies and residential construction components

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in insurance claims preferred
• Proficiency in Xactimate is highly preferred
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry guidelines
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
• Basic understanding of systems and technology used in the insurance field
