Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Quality Analytics & Performance Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop reporting solutions for HEDIS audit and performance metrics
• Work cross-functionally to capture requirements and educate users on reporting tools
• Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify trends and anomalies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Math, Economics, or equivalent discipline
• 3+ years of experience in data mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning
• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care Organizations with complex SQL queries
• Familiarity with data science techniques and languages like Python and R is a plus
• 1-3 years of experience in HEDIS rate tracking and healthcare quality data analysis
