Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Quality Engineering Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish performance goals and provide feedback for team members while managing team dynamics
• Lead quality initiatives, manage Quality Engineering team members, and utilize quality-related metrics
• Develop automation for REST web services and participate in Agile product development and testing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program of study preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience, including Agile Software Development and Test Automation
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead in a Test Engineering context
• Preferred 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, Azure, and AWS
