Quality Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Management Specialist responsible for supporting the Quality Management department through project planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project initiatives and performance measures for Quality Management to meet corporate and regulatory objectives
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions for strategic goals
• Manage budgeting and planning for systemic enhancements to improve project quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Five (5) years of professional business experience in a healthcare environment
• Prefer five (5) years of managed care experience
• Knowledge of project management methodology and healthcare management
• Working knowledge of performance measurement and regulatory reporting
