Xactly Testing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Xactly Testing Specialist to ensure the accuracy and reliability of their Sales Compensation SaaS application.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements
• Perform various testing types including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Identify, log, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Xactly testing/configuration experience required
• 2+ years of QA or software testing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and software development lifecycle management
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA or similar defect/test management tools
