A company is looking for a Manager of Quality Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the intake, investigation, and resolution of member complaints, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Support quality reporting and operations, including metric monitoring and cross-functional collaboration
- Participate in quality investigations and contribute to the preparation of quality metrics for client-facing deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality, compliance, or clinical operations
- Demonstrated experience managing member complaints and grievances
- Experience supporting HEDIS, NCQA accreditation, or other quality reporting frameworks
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and data analysis
- Strong project management and organizational skills
