R&D Scientist in Hair Biology

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Scientist/Manager, Early-Stage Innovation in Nutrition & Personal Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead research & innovation projects in hair biology, targeting new biological mechanisms and root causes
• Identify and coordinate with external labs for conducting various research studies and managing project progression
• Lead experimental design, data analysis, and reporting, including communication of findings through presentations and publications

Required Qualifications

• PhD preferred; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or similar field
• 3+ years of post-graduate research experience, preferably in cell and molecular biology
• Knowledge of dermatological and hair biology is ideal
• Experience in early-stage research, including understanding of relevant preclinical models
• Track record of publications, patents, or presentations in scientific forums
