Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Construction Loan Administrator to oversee and manage construction loan processes remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction draw process for a portfolio of loans, ensuring compliance and collaboration with stakeholders
• Review loan documentation for accuracy and compliance, and communicate deficiencies to relevant parties
• Assist management with complex transactions and monitor daily activities to support efficient workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with no experience or High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic financial reporting knowledge
• Preferred: 2 years in Financial Services or related fields
• Experience with construction loan disbursement and large balance commercial real estate
• Intermediate Excel skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
