Job Summary
A company is looking for a Title Examiner responsible for examining title data to assess risks and exceptions related to real property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine title abstracts to determine risks and exceptions related to the subject property
- Perform risk assessments to ensure proper lien positions as expected by the insured
- Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the Title Commitment process
Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
- One to two years of prior real estate experience
- Sound understanding of real estate knowledge and terms
- Ability to interpret a property report and use internet-based applications
- Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platform, and Adobe
