Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee capital improvement and emergency restoration projects
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders including homeowners, property managers, and vendors
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with legal requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate, property management, or strong administrative/customer service background
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications and property management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work remotely and adhere to a schedule of 8-5 PST
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
