Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve existing assets by resolving property issues and optimizing sales performance
• Collaborate on Vision Planning and negotiate real estate agreements for additional properties
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and consult on property maintenance issues

Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a real estate related field preferred
• Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related fields
• Proficiency in lease/contract analysis and negotiation
• Understanding of governmental processes related to real estate
• Ability to manage property maintenance and build strong relationships
