Director of Space Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Space & Occupancy Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement principles, policies, and procedures for space and occupancy planning
• Lead and manage a team of planners in strategic occupancy planning and workplace design
• Analyze data and create various workplace scenarios to support client needs and expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture, interior design, corporate real estate)
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in architecture, interior design, or workplace strategy
• Experience in AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM, or other drafting technologies
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams, along with IWMS database applications
• Direct people leadership skills
