Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement team strategies to meet goals and mitigate risk
• Maintain credit quality in alignment with the bank's policies and guidelines
• Lead and manage team members through coaching, mentoring, and goal setting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 12 or more years of experience in Commercial Portfolio Management
• Experience leading teams
• 10 or more years of Commercial Real Estate experience
• Strong understanding of Commercial credit policies and procedures
