Senior Associate Real Estate Valuations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Real Estate Valuations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform internal evaluations on commercial real estate assets, primarily those over $10MM
• Formulate and present well-researched opinions of value on real estate collateral and assess loan and asset risks
• Conduct market research and prepare internal evaluations on CMBS assets for credit committee discussions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Seven (7) years of current experience in commercial real estate appraisal
• MAI or advanced candidate preferred
