Job Summary

A company is looking for an FM Solutions Architect to manage and design integrated facilities management solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and integration of EFM solutions across multiple service areas
• Lead the EFM solutioning process and present solutions to clients, ensuring competitiveness and operability
• Coordinate with regional teams to deliver comprehensive EFM solutions and communicate progress to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to manage targets and influence multiple departments
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
