Registered Nurse Clinical Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Training Manager who oversees the training and education of clinical and non-clinical Care Management staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee training, onboarding, and ongoing education for Care Management staff
• Develop training content and manage training initiatives in collaboration with clinical leadership
• Act as a liaison with IT and quality teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date and compliant

Required Qualifications

• Nursing degree, Healthcare Administration, or related clinical healthcare field (preferred)
• AA degree in an allied health professional field (required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare delivery or medical management
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical staff training and education
