Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions and curriculum materials for various training formats
• Conduct needs/job analysis and communicate development requirements across the organization
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of experience designing training for adult audiences in a professional environment
• Instructional design certificate from an industry-recognized organization preferred
• Proficiency in graphic/user interface/interactive design and relevant software applications
• Experience with training project management and needs analysis
