A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst - Regulatory Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor federal regulations and notify stakeholders of regulatory changes
- Maintain and track compliance guidance documents and prepare updates on regulatory actions
- Collaborate with various departments to assess and implement new compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
- 1+ years of related experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs
- Working knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA and state regulations
