Reimbursement Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Advocate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments for outstanding accounts and ensure timely processing of medical claims
• Analyze payer claim rejections and denials, and prepare documentation for appeals
• Provide high-level customer support for billing inquiries and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Commercial Insurance required
• Preferred 1-year experience in oxygen or HME billing
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle, Brightree, Salesforce, and New Voice Media preferred
• A combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to the qualifications listed above
