Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Afterhours Triage Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess physical, environmental, and emotional factors to determine hospice needs
• Utilize EHR to develop recommendations and provide patient/caregiver education
• Collaborate with pharmacies and agencies for effective patient management

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the assigned state
• One year of experience as a registered nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of the needs of terminally ill patients and their caregivers
• Willingness to obtain additional RN licenses in other states
