Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at the C-suite and executive level
- Guide customers and the account team to create Customer Success Plans, including regular check-ins and QBRs
- Engage with customers to promote product adoption and success with Atlassian Solutions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success or account management with a complex SaaS product portfolio
- Experience as a trusted advisor to customer partners for guiding outcomes
- Familiarity with Success Plans to align business strategy and identify success metrics
- Understanding of Jira and Confluence use cases and configuration trade-offs
- Experience in managing a book of business in a customer-facing environment
