Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager, Strategic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at the C-suite and executive level
  • Guide customers and the account team to create Customer Success Plans, including regular check-ins and QBRs
  • Engage with customers to promote product adoption and success with Atlassian Solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or account management with a complex SaaS product portfolio
  • Experience as a trusted advisor to customer partners for guiding outcomes
  • Familiarity with Success Plans to align business strategy and identify success metrics
  • Understanding of Jira and Confluence use cases and configuration trade-offs
  • Experience in managing a book of business in a customer-facing environment
