PA Licensed TeleCare Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TeleCare Nurse, Ambulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' healthcare needs through telephonic evaluations
• Deliver, manage, and coordinate care and services within Ambulatory Care Nursing
• Ensure continuity of care by communicating with other members of the healthcare team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years recent clinical experience in critical care, emergency department, home health, or physician practice nursing
• At least 1 year of telephone triage experience is strongly preferred
• Associates Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• PA RN license or a multi-state license verified through the Nursing Licensure Compact
• Provider BLS certification required (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross)
