Remote Accountant - NetSuite

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Accountant - NetSuite to join their Client Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end closing processes for multiple clients
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Lead client calls with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping
• 3-5 years of experience using NetSuite Software
• Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the $5M to $50M market
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Strong work ethic and interest in enhancing efficiencies through third-party applications
