Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day scheduling adjustments in real time
- Match new Behavior Technicians' availability with client schedules
- Contact clients and staff regarding availability changes and notify them of updated schedules
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in scheduling, specifically within the ABA or Autism field
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet changing session demands and deadlines
