- Build and operationalize the customer Account Executive playbook focusing on expansion and renewal processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or customer success with renewal ownership
- Proven success in owning commercial outcomes across post-sale engagements
- Experience in building or improving internal processes, with a willingness to iterate quickly
- Ability to operate with urgency and ownership in ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated growth mindset and team-first mentality
