Key Responsibilities
- Present services to prospects and partner representatives
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial business relationships
- Manage sales cycles from lead engagement to deal closure and client onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative selling or relationship management in the HCM or WFM industry
- Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-level leaders
- Experience in cooperative selling with partner representatives
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Highly motivated and team-oriented
