- Mentor account resolution specialists and drive improvements in claims resolution processes
- Analyze and correct claim errors, ensuring compliance with payer-specific guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of supervising, mentoring, or coaching experience required
- CRCR certification or completion of certification required within 90 days of hire
- 3-5 years of experience with health insurance companies managing complex medical claims
- Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or comparable platforms is required
