Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Sales Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute annual account growth plans, including revenue targets and relationship mapping
- Frame and present proposals that align with client KPIs and coordinate solution design with internal teams
- Engage stakeholders to expand relationships and track account health using Salesforce and Power BI
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years managing enterprise or large mid-market accounts in ITAD, VAR, MSP, or IT life-cycle services
- Proven record of year-over-year revenue growth and quota achievement across a multi-million-dollar portfolio
- Experience delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, complex proposals, and contract renewals
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective negotiation and contract structuring experience
