Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls
- Assist customers with their needs and educate them about coverage options and available products
- Utilize provided technology and systems to facilitate the sales process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- Minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual positions
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions
- High-speed internet and a wired connection for company-provided hardware
