A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead and inspire a team in the Eastern US region.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive culture to recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
- Enable the sales team with the necessary skills and tools to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Cultivate relationships with team members, partners, and customers to drive revenue and meet sales objectives
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS Sales experience, preferably in EdTech
- At least 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience with a successful team of Senior Enterprise Sales professionals
- Experience in guiding teams to deliver strong results using a structured sales methodology
- Proven track record of accomplishments in sales leadership roles
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and professional development
