Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their Accounting Operation group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direction and performance management to accounting staff while leading monthly financial close activities
• Review journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring quality and accuracy of account reconciliations
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in software or manufacturing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite preferred
• Solid background in accounting processes and internal control evaluation
• Experience leading operational and process change initiatives
