Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager with experience in federal government contracting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and evaluate day-to-day accounting activities and manage the corporate accounting department's operations
  • Establish financial status by developing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports while ensuring compliance with accounting methods and policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager
  • 2 years of federal contract accounting experience
  • Strong MS Office skills and project-based ERP system experience
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations
