Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle specialized processing of accounts receivable transactions remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of out of balance adjustments/refunds within the assigned completion date
• Conduct research and communication while maintaining department standards and quality expectations
• Support inventories and report variances of possible concern

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of work experience in insurance/claims/EOB/cash posting/billing or accounts receivable
• Previous work experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Strong Excel skills and prior computer experience needed
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
