Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Manager - 3PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the duties of the Assistant Property Manager and ensure proper execution of tasks
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors while maintaining communication with residents
• Manage property operations, including repairs, maintenance, rent collection, and lease management

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an Active Real Estate License
• 2+ years of Property Management Experience
• Experience using YARDI is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Prior experience with HAP Contract Properties is preferred
