Key Responsibilities
- Manage the transaction process from contract execution to closing, ensuring all details are accurate and all parties are informed
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, agents, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and kind communication
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to protect clients and support agents
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience coordinating real estate transactions in the U.S
- 12+ months of remote work experience
- Proficiency in transaction tools such as Dotloop, DocuSign, ZipForm, MLS, and CRM platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client and agent needs
