Key Responsibilities

• Manage coordination, documentation, and closing of commercial real estate loan investments
• Review and analyze due diligence items, title insurance commitments, and borrower documentation
• Execute the funding process including finalizing loan documents and coordinating with escrow

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in real estate or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years in closing commercial real estate loans
• 2-year degree or equivalent experience with a financial institution, legal, or title company
• Real estate finance, title company, or legal background
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
